You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the item is left to you before the deadline - also by returning the item. Sending the cancellation in good time is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.

  You must pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any use made, insofar as the use or the deterioration is attributable to the handling of the item.

You have to bear the cost of returning. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
