Shipping and delivery

1. Scope of delivery

We deliver worldwide.
Please note: Deliveries to German and foreign islands are excluded.

2. Shipping costs (excl. VAT)

Shipping within Germany

There is a flat shipping fee of €10 per order.

International shipping

International shipping is via FedEx. Costs depend on the destination and are:

  • International shipping with FedEx: €30–€80
  • Customs clearance (if applicable): 30 €

The final shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

We offer the following payment options:

  • Bank transfer (prepayment)

  • Invoice payment (only for registered customers)
  • Instant bank transfer (via Klarna)

4. Important payment information

Credit card (without PayPal)

If you pay by credit card, your account will be debited immediately after the contract is concluded.

Bill payment

Payment by invoice is only possible for registered customers.
The invoice amount must be paid within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed.
